Inclusion or alienation?
As part of the Empowerment White Paper and its drive to give more control to communities, The Department of Communities and Local Government recently set up a Youth Advisors panel. Local Government Channel presenter Sam Hughes talks to one of the advisors - Jacqueline Macaulay, and also Stockport MBC’s Barry Seisay who set up Kooth.com - an online counselling and advice service for young people, about how young people see their communities.
