The second Local Government Challenge was held in Surrey, by Surrey County Council and Waverley Borough Council. The teams were tasked with producing promotional videos to attract national sports teams to base themselves in the area for pre-competition training.

Mary Orton, chief executive at Waverley, talks about what it would mean for the area to host a Paralympic team in 2012. Have the teams been able to help Waverley become a top destination for athletes?
