Few people encapsulate local government service like Bill Bailey. Over the course of a 48-year career in Sutton, Bill has been the model of a public servant. Bill started his career as a labourer in 1959, and worked his way up though the Parks services. In the early 80s, Bill moved into management, where he championed what new technology could do to enhance the Parks service.
