Customer Service Development Manager, London Borough of Croydon
Mary joined Croydon in 1999 from the Nat West Group, where she won the Chief Executive's Award for community work in 1997. She is an active Soroptimist. Since 2001 she has been the Council's Customer Service Development Manager. Mary is the consummate customer service professional, whose drive and enthusiasm really make a difference to both staff and customers. She has developed and implemented many challenging cultural and practical corporate initiatives to improve the customer's experience, and established the Croydon Council Awards recognition scheme. She holds the Institute of Customer Service Professional Innovations Award, is an accredited assessor and coaches others.
