Dawn's passion is helping troubled young people and turning their lives around. When others have become exasperated and turned away the young person, Dawn looks for the underlying reasons why the person is behaving in the way they are and works hard to reach the person underneath. She has earned the trust of a traditionally hard to reach group of young people and in doing so has changed the lives of several young people and had a positive influence on many others in the com
